Very good experience with Izibikes. The bikes are simple but comfortable and work perfectly (at the maximum assistance level of 5, they practically climb hills on their own).
Good battery capacity. Advertised for 100km, we confirmed (after 60km, we still had more than 40% remaining).
On the first evening, during our first leg of the Vélodysée, we noticed that one of the two chargers wasn't working. Izibikes came the next day "at dawn" (7:45 a.m.) to bring us a replacement charger. Efficient service!
We benefited (for a reasonable fee) from convenient bike delivery.

We rented the bikes for three days to explore the region. They're incredibly comfortable, and being electric, the sections of road without bike paths between towns seem much safer ;)
The rental process was very convenient; we had the bikes delivered to our friends' place and off we went!
There's a basket for carrying groceries and a picnic.
Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it!
